During your Year-end appreciation and employee awards event,&amp;nbsp; (If&amp;nbsp; you don&amp;rsquo;t have one, think about it!) the organization can recognize a series of positive traits such as loyalty, performance, and safety.&amp;nbsp; By publicly rewarding the individuals that do the job right, you will create some incentives for other employees to strive for. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
